"Data loss can be damaging to any business and all the more so if you don't have your own IT department.

 

As all businesses store data electronically, if it cannot be accessed when needed, it is likely that the business will have to go on hold while the problems are resolved. This, can have many diverse commercial, financial and economic consequences.

 

This is exactly the position I found myself in earlier this year and when this happens you have to engage the services of an expert. Richard came to see me immediately, identified the relevant issues, organised the data recovery and guided me through the process of reconfiguring my business to get me going again as rapidly as possible.

 

Without his expert help, I may not have been able to carry on with my business.

 

Saving work onto an external drive is, of course, a possibility, but in the event, I wasn't saving and storing all the information that I thought I was. However, there are other more secure and effective options available which I now know about. Richard at Computer Doctors certainly did me a great service and I wouldn't dream of running this, or any other business I might undertake in the future, without getting proper advice at the outset.
